so i got the boots above in jully of this year and they have already broken. their one of the best brands of boots you can buy and i only ride 3 days a week soo im realy mad and my friend has the same problem. has anyone else had this problem
a part of the top snap came off so the top will not snap closed

I keep different sets of boots one for practice and one for shows. But find a cobbler (someone who repairs shoes) and show it to them. More than likely they can fix it.
I haven’t had that kind of problem with my Ariat’s

I always have used arait for my show and practice boots. How did they break? I love ariat and never have had a problem with them. I have used those boots for two years and they work great and I’ve never had a problem with them.

Well I wouldn’t exactly consider then the best brands of boots you can buy. A lot of people have problems with the zippers on that particular boot. Ariat put cheap zippers on an otherwise great boot.

Is there a warranty? Maybe if you act quickly you can get a replacement, or a refund. I know Ariats are expensive, so that’s a big problem.

Im sorry this has happened to you. Its disappointing to spend a lot of money on something only to have it fail on you.

Snaps break easily. I ride in western ariats sometimes and they are great. Just take them to a boot shop or leather place and they can fix it for you.

Contact Ariat. They usually stand behind their products, and will take care of the problem for you.
