I noticed they have similar styles to Ariat but they are cheaper, is the quality and durability not as good as Ariat?

Justin boots, in my opinion, used to be a better boot as far as material and craftsmanship, but has slipped in the last decade or two, to sell to the masses. To compare them to Ariat is an easy comparison, Ariat is the better boot, whether western or english style. And no, the reason that Justin has done so well for so many years is not that they make the best boots nor sell them cheaper, it’s because it is a company that umbrellas many different types of businesses…so that when one part loses money, the other one takes up the slack…many years Justin boots lost money, but their Brick company and other subsidiaries took up the slack, allowing them not only to survive, but to continue buying out other boot companies. I’m not saying that Justin is not a good boot, I wear their ropers myself, but when it comes to investing more money into a boot, say an exotic or special made boot, I can name several other companies that I would rather go with.

Yep, you’ll be A-ok. I almost always wear steel-toed work boots in planes, and nobody ever say a word. Take off your shoes for the x-ray, and you’re good to go.

i have a pair and although the say not to put them into a washing mashine i do anyway on a 30 degree wash with powder and conditioner they will come out looking brand new i and smelling gorgeous i also do it with my ugg boots so just do it and allow them to dry naturally on the radiator no harm will come to them i guarantee you i wash mine like this once a fortnight.

You haven’t said what the colors are so I can’t help with the boots. For the jeans, buy some quality dye fixant and be sure to check the packaging and follow the instructions carefully. A cheaper solution would be to add some salt to the water in the rinse cycle, but you’d need to use a lot of salt and this does not always solve the staining problem effectively.

Assuming there is no medical issue, what you may be dealing with is that some cats find it absolutely necessary to urinate on something that has a rubber scent.

If that is the case, you have an uphill climb to stop it. Often, keeping it out of reach is the only approach.

Yes, you can treat to remove the urine scent, but if there is a rubber scent involved, that is only a temporary solution.
