How to remove colour from jeans on Timberland boots?

Hello, i got a pair of (2 months old) 6" classic timberland boots, and color from my jeans have rubbed into the leather.
What can I do to remove the stains, and what can I do to prevent it from happening again?
The boots are wheat color, my main question is really if there is any options to remove the jeans’ dye that has rubbed off on the boots. Thanks in advance :)

You haven’t said what the colors are so I can’t help with the boots. For the jeans, buy some quality dye fixant and be sure to check the packaging and follow the instructions carefully. A cheaper solution would be to add some salt to the water in the rinse cycle, but you’d need to use a lot of salt and this does not always solve the staining problem effectively.

Perhaps that this is asked of in the incorrect room…

I got a pair of Slip on Work boots, They fit pretty good length wise but they slip off the heel, it drives me nuts. I tried wearing 2 pairs of socks, it makes the boots fit better but my feet sweat like crazy. Would a pair of dr.Scholls insoles work? If so which ones do I get?

try this one,maybe is ok

How can I keep a cat from peeing on our winter boots?

She used to pee on our boots when they sat in the boot tray dripping off melted snow. I have thrown out the old boot tray, but am afraid she will go after a new one because it will have our boots on it. Can I treat the boots or the tray with something she won’t like? Any suggestions about what to use?

Assuming there is no medical issue, what you may be dealing with is that some cats find it absolutely necessary to urinate on something that has a rubber scent.

If that is the case, you have an uphill climb to stop it. Often, keeping it out of reach is the only approach.

Yes, you can treat to remove the urine scent, but if there is a rubber scent involved, that is only a temporary solution.
