Hello, i got a pair of (2 months old) 6" classic timberland boots, and color from my jeans have rubbed into the leather.
What can I do to remove the stains, and what can I do to prevent it from happening again?
The boots are wheat color, my main question is really if there is any options to remove the jeans’ dye that has rubbed off on the boots. Thanks in advance :)

You haven’t said what the colors are so I can’t help with the boots. For the jeans, buy some quality dye fixant and be sure to check the packaging and follow the instructions carefully. A cheaper solution would be to add some salt to the water in the rinse cycle, but you’d need to use a lot of salt and this does not always solve the staining problem effectively.
